Suction conveying is an economical conveying method for all free-flowing bulk materials (plastic granules, grain, rice, corn, coffee, etc.).
During the suction phase of this process, the material to be conveyed is picked up by a suction air flow in the product feed, sucked into the separator via the suction line and collected there in the lower cone.
The filter in the upper part of the separator simultaneously cleans the suction air, which leaves the blower as exhaust air.
Various shut-off devices from our repertoire are available for emptying the separator vessel, vacuum-controlled or electro-pneumatically operated flaps or rotary valves.
For this purpose, the conveying air flow is temporarily interrupted and the filter is intensively cleaned.
